Author Time Validating

Hey

Now your (maybe ^^) nightmare of validating your track is over

Send the unvalidated track to me, i create a offline account with exactly same name as you want, i validate the track, and you get a fresh validated track without driving into 1 cp ^^

I plan my route trough the whole map, and i re-drive the map until i get a perfect run

For now it costs 20 coppers per validating
