why are you using fraps ?

a shoot tool exists in tmu, to export your mt in hq...just select the replay and choose "Shoot replay"...(after modification in the mediatracker)

to host them: just use http://imageshack.us/ (max 1.5mo) or http://hiboox.com/ (max 4mo)
